Condition & Variation of Reclaimed Wood, Salvaged Metals, and Rescued Pieces: The beauty of owning a reclaimed and salvaged item is how unique and one-of-a-kind each piece is. Due to the nature of reclaimed lumber, as well as our manufacturing process, the pieces you receive may possess unique characteristics commonly found in reclaimed wood furniture. We will do our best to address your unique style and tastes, but we cannot guarantee an exact match of any of the images you see on our website or other promotional material used by Reworx or our affiliates. Due to the nature of our products, the color, texture, and other characteristics of our material may vary widely. Any variation is acceptable with reclaimed lumber if the product is structurally stable. Some examples of unique character marks that reclaimed lumber can possess: mineral staining, color changes, species changes, weathering, discoloration and staining, rough-sawn, cracking, nail holes, loose knots, tool marks, dents, thickness variations, splitting, and mixed grain patterns. We strongly urge that you browse all that is available on our website to become familiar and understand the nature of these variations. By placing an Order, you agree to these variations and our policies set in the policy sections. If a customer has specific standards for items, such as the color or texture of wood, those standards need to be very clearly put in writing in advance. We will try our best to meet your standards!
